On the set of Overdrive after a show Scarlet and Sophie are asked questions by the studio audience. One person would ask Sophie about her racing past.
Sophie: Well I raced professionally for 1 year. But I raced in the amateur leagues for a while. A team in the World Racing Alliance contacted me too race their Group A touring car. I accept after a test session with them.
The person asks about her time in WRA.
Sophie: Enjoyable for the most part. Never DNF'ed any race out of 20.
The person asks what she means by "for the most part."
Sophie: Well..... I had a shot too win a race. The only race I would ever win in my career. But I didn't win.
The person asks too explain if she would.
Sophie: I'm still sour about it but I will. The race was at Knockhill, a very fun place too race I might add. The race was the longer variant not the sprint race. I ran top 5 for most of the race. After the final pit stop is when it got interesting. I was leading with 10 laps left and laps don't take long at Knockhill. The 2 guys behind me had slightly fresher tires then I did. They didn't race me clean, one set me off at Clark corner and the other sent me off at Taylors hairpin. It toke me 3 laps but I got back too them and re-payed the favor. Sent one into the other at Taylors hairpin and got by both of them. For the next 6 laps it was bumper cars between the 3 of us. We didn't crash each other but I got the shortest end of the stick. I finished 3rd in a race I easily should have won.
The person says it is considered too be one of the best WRA races ever.
Sophie: Not from my point of view. The post race press conference was fun though.

It is after the race the 3 podium finisher are in front of media. The room is buzzing from the race and the reporters are eager too ask question. The top 2 are asked first about the race and aren't happy with eachother (and Sophie). When it was her turn it got heated.
Sophie: Well i'd like too thank my team for preparing a race winning car and my sponsers for helping make this happen. I'd also like too thank the 2 idiots next too me for racing like a bunch of Neanderthals.
*The two drivers complain about her driving*
Sophie: So let me get this straight... for the entire year you both didn't race me that way. Now all of a sudden your mad at me for racing me how I raced you!? What changed???
*The drivers say they are racing for a championship and she is not*
Sophie: I don't give a shit what you are racing for!!! I'm racing for my team, my guys i'm racing for them and my self!!! So pardon me for being selfish just like you!!!
*They still complain*
Sophie: Look at my car I don't have a rear bumper left!!! Because both of you knocked it off!!!
Security would be brought in too break up the "arugement." After each of the drivers would interviewed on their own.
Sophie: I'm done with them. They want too play bumper cars the rest of the year that is fine with me. I'm game, more then ready too continue. I'm not going too let them get in the way of me and my team. We have things too race for too.
*******************************end flashback*************************************
Sophie: If I really had too it differently, i'd have crashed them. That way I would have won.
Scarlet: Childish way too view and do it.
Sophie: Considering how they raced me they would have done the same thing.
Scarlet: I wouldn't say that.
Sophie: You never had the chance too race for a win, so you don't know what it is like.
Scarlet: Okay now we are getting ridiculous.
Sophie: Whatever... I raced them how they raced me and they didn't like it.
Sophie never answers such a question again. Not even Heart, Scarlet or Ryoko will ever ask her about it. Much her past exploits as an agent of the Drexler Institute, it is something that isn't talked about.
