Ryoko is still high the latest GOP polls and has gained a few percentage points on the leader. However she begins attacking those lower in the polls, full knowing that they are on their last legs in the campaign. The mayors of Kentucky and Indiana are barely hanging on in the polls. During the next national TV debate they decide too aim higher up the food chain. However Ryoko rebuffs them by saying...
Ry: So the both of you think by taking shots at me you are saving your campaigns? Don't fool yourselves. The reason why you two are so low is because the both are out of your leagues here and you have nothing too bring too this country. You guys even problems in your own towns that you haven't fixed so you both can do it on a national level? Right.....
While the two mayors wouldn't attack her again they still try too stay in but after the debate they bow out, leaving only 7 remaining. Ryoko then looks too bring down the 6 by using their vast political history against them... or least their screw ups.
Ry: I hope the rest of you don't think I don't know about what you have done wrong. You have 20, 30 40 years on me in this game. And it is just that... a game. I'm good at playing games.
Some in the media question how she is doing well. One would point a rather obvious point.
"She knows how too market herself. She has done this for most of her adult life. She also knows how too perform when the pressure is on. I'm not an expert on auto racing at all but in that world you have too market yourself too people. You have too get yourself out there. Ryoko Kenichi has no problem getting her message out. There is a reason why she is one of the most followed people on social media. People and companies the world over at have sought her out too be a spokes person for them."
It would also come out the Ryoko did checks on the companies that did talks with. If she found out something in either their practices or other things, Ryoko would walk away from the table and has ended partnerships with companies that do bad things. Her old former sponser that sponsored her during her time in Japan and in America (until she retired from full-time driving) basically said as such...
"She is very careful" Said the company CEO "When we wanted too sponser her during her time in Japan she was pretty much involved during all steps of the talks and asked a million questions. She wore us out." During said interview he would also say "Because of her we started selling our product in America because of her exposure she gave our brand. When she retired she was sorry doing it too us but I personally assured her that is was okay." When ask about her business experience "She has none. But... It seems that from talks with her she comes prepared. She is very studious. It has cost her but it also served her well."
He would also say that she is a very personable and approachable person. Even some of her opposition would say the same (though in private). However being a former racecar driver, Ryoko can be very cut throat when needed. One of her opponents would joke at a rally about it, Ryoko would reply....
"yeah cuz i'm here too win. My previous profession was basically all about that. I'm bring that here. The only thing people like him know how too is play games and politics."
At the next debate Ryoko would come armed with a folder full of everything that her opponents have done, said over the course of the last 20-30 years. After hitting a Senator rather on hard not voting for his own bill, he ask where she got that information. In her own way she would respond..
Ry: The internet. Look it up sometime. I would like too thank my team for this information. Done my fair share of homework but they put in the wrench time.
*Somewhere Petra is smiling with joy*
After the debate Ryoko would basically get a much needed win over everyone else. With Maori cranking out excellent ads (Maoris ads are all about Ryokos policies) and With Petra and Kamui giving her excellent preparation for her rallies (and debates) and Ryokos way of messaging herself she pulls even with the Ex Speaker of the House in the polls. Again the media would be clueless as too how. Ryoko and a media personality would basically explain...
Ry: No one figured out how the 45th president was elected. Still don't have a clue 20 years later. Maybe it is because i'm a free thinking open minded person?
(The media personality would say on a round table discussion)
"She has many different types of political policies despite not having a political ideology. She can be whatever she wants. Based on her polices she a classical liberal, conservative and libertarian. Yes she is hard too pin down but she can get away with it. However she needs too give more information on her policies but on face value they would be effective. Of course assuming she gets the GOP nomination and wins the Presidency. However I must say if she gets more wins at the next national debates then she very may well. The wind is at her back."
By Febuary the field of 7 would be down too just 3; Ryoko herself, The former Speaker of the House and The Ex- Vice President under the 48th President of the United States. Each have traded the lead in the polls over the past months while others have bowed out. This debate will be the last one and last chance for each candidate too get exposure for their policies.
