Like my previous blog i'll go back and based champions in NASCARs Xfinity and Trucks series based on my Most wins championship system with Top 5s, poles and laps lead being the tie breakers. And you have be in every race and miss 6 races with injury. I will first do the Truck series.
1995: Mike Skinner is champion with 8 wins. In either points or my system. He is champion.
1996: Mike Skinner would again be champion with 8 wins. He is high enough in season points (3rd) too be given the nod.
1997: Ron Hornaday Jr. would be champion with 7 wins. he was 5th in season long points. One spot lower and i wouldn't give him the nod.
1998: Ron Hornaday Jr. would again be champion. Having won 1 more race then Jack Sprague.
1999: Greg Biffle would be champion with 9 wins.
2000: Greg Biffle would be champion again with 5 wins. One more then his teammate Kurt Busch.
2001: Ted Musgrave would be champion with 7 wins.
2002: Mike Bliss would be champion with 5 wins.
2003: Brendan Gaughan would be champion with 6 wins.
2004: Bobby Hamlition would be champion with 4 wins.
2005: Todd Bodine would be champion with 5 wins.
2006: Johnny Benson would be champion with 5 wins.

2019: Brett Moffit and Austin Hill are tied with 4 wins. Moffit wins the championship by Top 5 tiebreaker. Moffit had 13 Top 5's too Hill's 7.
Now for the Xfinity series which will be a bear because of Cup drivers. And i'll go as far back as 1982 when it became the (Busch) series officially.
1982: Jack Ingram is champion with 7 wins. Regardless of system used really.
1983: Sam Ard is champion with 10 wins.
1984: Jack Ingram and Sam Ard would tied with 8 wins a piece. Ard would be champion with more top 5 (24) too Ingrams (17)
1985: Jack Ingram is champion with 5 wins. Tommy Ellis also won 5 race but missed more then 6.

1987: Larry Pearson is champion with 6 wins.
1988: Harry Gant won 5 race but missed more then 6 races. It is between Tommy Ellis, Tommy Houston and Larry Pearson tied at 3 wins a piece. Larry Pearson is champion based Top 5 tiebreaker over Tommy Ellis. Pearson had 13 too Ellis 12.
1989: Rob Moroso is champion with 4 wins.
1990: Chuck Bown is champion with 6 wins.
1991: Jimmy Hensley and Chuck Bown are tied at 3 wins a piece, they also tied with 9 Top 5s and tied in poles with 4 a piece. Bown is champion with just about 200 more laps lead then Hensley.
1992: Robert Pressley is champion with 5 wins. He is highly is season long points (5th) for me too give him the nod.
1993: Mark Martin won 7 races but missed more then 6. Ward Burton, Robert Pressley and Todd Bodine are tied at 3 wins a piece. But are below the 5th season point cut for me too give either one of them the nod. Season long points is correct for this year.
1994: Terry Labonte would have 4 wins but missed more then 6 races. Kenny Wallace is champion with 3 wins.
1995: Chad Little would be champion with 6 wins.
1996: Mark Martin won 6 races but missed more then 6 races. Randy LaJoie is champion with 5 wins.

1998: Dale Earnhardt Jr. is champion with 7 wins.
1999: Dale Earnhardt Jr would again by champion with 6 wins.
2000: Jeff Green is champion with 6 wins.
2001: Kevin Harvick and Greg Biffle are tied with 5 wins. Harvick is champion based off of Top 5 tiebreaker. Harvick had 20 too Biffles 16.
2002: Greg Biffle, Jason Keller and Scott Wimmer would tied with 4 wins a piece. Greg Biffle is champion based off of Top 5 tied breaker. Biffle had 20, too Kellers 17 and Wimmers 11.
2003: Bobby Hamlition Jr. is champion with 4 wins.
2004: Martin Truex Jr. is champion with 6 wins.
2005: Maritn Truex Jr. is champion again with 6 wins.
2006: Kevin Harvick is champion with 9 wins.
2007: Kevin Harvick won 6 race but missed more then 6 races. Carl Edwards is champion based on season long points
2008: Kyle Busch would be champion with 10 wins. He would run 30 of 35 races, within my cut off of 6 races missed. He finished 6th within season long points. But he isn't inside the top 5 of season long points. Carl Edwards is champion with 7 wins.
2009: Kyle Busch is champion with 9 wins. Thank god i didn't give him 2008.
2010: Kyle Busch would champion with 13 wins. He ran enough races (29 of 35) and finish 3rd in season long points. Kill me now please....
2011: Ricky Stenhouse Jr. is champion with 2 wins.
2012: Ricky Stenhouse J.r would champion again with 6 wins. Back too normal!!!!
2013: Regen Smith would champion with 2 wins.
2014: Chase Elliot would be champion with 3 wins.
2015: Chris Buescher and Regan Smith would be tied with 2 wins a piece. They also tied in Top 5 with 11 and both have no poles. Chris Buescher would lead more laps (263) too Regan Smiths (160). Chris Buescher is champion.
2016: Erik Jones would be champion with 4 wins.
2017: William Byron is champion with 4 wins.
2018: Christopher Bell would champion with 7 wins.
2019: Christopher Bill would be champion with 8 wins.
As you can see i never had too use tied breakers for the Truck series. You could say most wins works for the Truck series. In terms of Xfinity it is a fucking mess. 1988, 1993, 1994, 1996, 1997, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010 are screw up because Cup drivers toke points back then. Since NASCAR had too make drivers choose a series too take points it has helped. And the win totals are so low because of Cup drivers. At least NASCAR doesn't let them take points.........
Anyway enjoy.
