Racheal is 25 years old. Recently she got a job at the Hope County tourist center. An honorary Deputy of the Hope County Sheriffs Office. Still lives in John Seeds old house. Follows some of the things Edens Gate taught her as well the life style of a prepper. Along with job she is also a public speaker on drugs and addiction, before the events of the story she spoke in Billings, Montana and at a university. Faith is still a part of her, sort of a 2nd conscious and voice. Faith appears on occasion but only Racheal can see her. She is strong, self-reliant and confident. However with her past struggles she has a open outlook on life and is ready for whatever a day throws at her. Racheal also helps out the Hope County Sheriffs Office social media sites on gun safety, playing the "Masked Deputy."
Her relationships roughly a year later have also changed.
Racheal and Deputy are still close friends. They aren't blood-related but they are a close as sisters can be. The Deputy even lets her sees baby Carmina (and by not telling Nick and Kim Rye) when her parents need a break and let the god mother take over for while. Since Racheal is an honorary Deputy, she has gone on patrol with the Deputy once in a while.
Tracey and Racheal have re-connected. Tracey was the first too reach out Racheal and it went from there. Tracey would admit that "People in Falls End's were protecting the town... but not me. I guess me being in the Cult for a few days changed peoples minds real quick. That I was the bad guy. Toke a bit too figure but once I did... I left." Tracey admits she was still bitter about certain things, Racheal saw through that a long time ago. "You need too do a better job of hiding it because I see right through you Tracey." Tracey can't hide much from Racheal. In this respect Tracey comes too Racheal when she wants too talk because as the Deputy puts it Racheal is "Open minded."
Racheal and Jess Black are friends. But there is a profound respect between them. Ever since Racheal read Jess like an open book after ridding herself of The Cook, despite having her doubts about Racheals true identity. Respect when she snuck into the St. Francis Veteran Center on her own and out again without Jesses help. And a respect for how she handled Tracey and her uncle Dutch. Racheal respect Jess for her no bullshit attitude and wishes she had met her under different circumstances because "I wish I had you as a friend back then. Maybe I wouldn't have joined Edens Gate with you on my ass." They have gone on long hunting trips in the county.
Grace and Racheal have a student mentor relationship. The pair helped each other out toward the end of the conflict (Racheal helped Grace at the Lamb of God church and Grace helped Racheal at Johns bunker). Grace told Racheal about how she deals with her trauma from losing her friend during basic training and for going through Afganistan; "The work will always be there too take your mind off of it." Which Racheal toke too heart and mostly focuses on her work too keep herself busy. However Racheal does face her past whenever someone in the county confronts her about it.
Racheal has a great understanding of firearms and a decent collection. This collection includes her own personal M1A used during the Eden's Gate conflict, Colt M4A1 (Civilian version), HK MP5, her personal Colt M1911 used during the Eden's Gate conflict, MP-133 shotgun and a compound bow. Being a botanist, she is growing plants in her bunker (along with a storage of food, water and other things). Racheal isn't much a modder for weapons, just a basic optic/scope and sound suppresser is good enough for her. Has all the equipment too maintain her weapons in her bunker. Though there are somethings that visually please her sometimes. Still has the formulation on how too make the Bliss in her memory.
Her hobbies are working out (5 days a week), working in her bunker with plants, hunting, and singing. Racheal sang during her birthday party, leaving everyone in awe.
Her standing in Hope County is still somewhat shakey. Other then the Hope County Sheriffs Deputies, Tracey, Jess, Grace and a few others most want nothing too do with her. A few a have confronted her and got in her face. While Racheal wishes too not harm anyone, she has had too draw a weapon is diffuse a situation or two. But those situations are with those she has personally affected. Whenever Racheal is seen it is either with the Deputy on patrol or just hanging out, with Jess out hunting or just by herself in the wilderness of the county. The Deputy has managed too help Racheals reputation, since she is a hero and all. But is only carries so much weight. Racheals has too deal with the thing she did everyday.
