There are 4 basic endings too Far Cry 4.
1. Side with Sabal and turn Kyrat into a Religious hell
2. Side with Amita and turn Kyrat into a drug haven with child soliders.
3. What 15 minutes at the start of the game and simply end it that way.
4. Kill Pagen when prompt too and never spread your mothers ashes.
However all but one of those endings are actually "good." But what about another ending? Like this one. In this fanfiction one you have spread your mothers ashes on your half-sisters grave and watch Pagen Min leave but you haven't sided with anyone yet.
Solider: Ajay!
Ajay: What is it?
Solider: What happened? We saw a helicopter take off.
Ajay: Pagen isn't coming back. And I spread my mothers ashes.
Solider: You didn't kill Pagen!?
Ajay: Well.... he sort of left while I was spreading my mothers ashes.
Solider: Ah, well.
Ajay: He named me King of Kyrat. He said it was "always going too be mine." So I guess i'm King.
*The solider bows*
Ajay: Hey come on. don't do that.
Solider: I'd rather bow too you then Pagen.
Ajay: Your point is taken but please rise.
*The solider does rise*
Solider: King Ajay. What will you do now?
Ajay: Well....
Ajay ponders what too do. He technically has the throne too himself, he is indeed 'King of Kyrat." The Golden Path soliders, at least some of them will follow him. The Citizens will as well. Amita and Sabal on the other hand will be a none starter. Bahadra would become Tarun-Matara if Sabal had his way. Amita would according too rumors Ajay heard she would be killed. The country is bankrupt but there is some gold left and some other ways too make money and they have too the UN in the country.
Ajay: Where is Sabal?
Solider: In the south, planning for the ritual by blood.
Ajay: And Amita?
Solider: Too planning too sell drug and forcibly take children from their parents.
Ajay: Figures... Okay lets go get Bahadra. She needs too protection.
Solider: From whom?
Ajay: Amita.... and Sabal. Take her by force if we must but I wish too avoid that. There has already been enough bloodshed.
Ajay gathers what soldiers he can and travels too get Bahadra, whom is under guard getting ready too become Tarun-Matara. The soldiers prevent him from seeing or talking too her. He proclaims that he is "King of Kyrat" that his mother (a former Tarun-Matara herself) wanted him too free Kyrat from Pagen Min. They ask if Pagen is dead, Ajay says "He is no longer a threat too anyone in Kyrat." Adding that Kyrat is in his hands now. A few soldiers join but the rest are Sabal supporters and refuse too move. Ajay warns that he will take Bahadra by force if he must. However force is used and a firefight insues. Sabals guards are all dead with a few loses on Ajays side. Ajay finds Bahadra and takes her with him back too the Royal Palace.
Ajay: You'll be safe here.
Bahadra: From whom Ajay?
Ajay: Amita and Sabal. I'm a target too it seems. But you and I both know they don't get along. So I can use that as an advantage.
Ajay works out a plan too both Amita and Sabal too meet. They have their loyalists and well have their own agenda. Violence is also sure too follow. Both factions do travel too the Royal Palace. As per usual they both start arguing, Ajay appears and asks them too talk. Though Sabal and Amita are pissed they agree. They walk alone into the palace but are captured and taken too a "special area" with bags over their heads and tied up.
Ajay: Now that I have your undivided attention. Your going too listen too me.
*Both Sabal and Amita demand too be freed*
Ajay: *cocks his firearm* No... not happening shitbags. Your going too listen too me. Pagen has been dealt with. Kyrat is mine now, I am King. It is what my mother wanted.
Sabal: Your father Ajay.
Ajay: My father murdered my half-sister Sabal. You idolize a murderer! My mother killed him in self defense!
Amita: Ajay...
Ajay: One more word out of either of you and i'll shoot you both on general principle. Both of you are going too listen too me. I AM running the show here and i'm not putting up with bullshit. Bahadra will be Tarun-Matara. We will both work together too rebuild this country. No more bloodshed and you two assholes will stay here and not do a damn thing. Behave and you will be treated fairly. Misbehave and will you both will be shot. Got it?
Amita and Sabal relent. Ajay and Bahadra both make a public announcement too all of Kyrat. Stating their intent too rebuild the country together, preaching unity and team work. First they burn all the drugs that remain and find all the remaining gold (including the Pagen Min statue made out of gold that Ajay blew up.) Ajay and Bahadra then ask for UN aid but the UN doesn't believe Ajay is King of Kyrat and that a 14 year old girl is with him. But they make a convincing argument and the UN sends the aid Kyrat needs. For the next 4 years Ajay and Bahadra rebuild Kyrat. Infrastructure is rebuilt, schooling is made free for all and becomes a 'underrated tourist' spot for the ancient ruins and hidden caves. Also for its vast beauty and wildlife. Ajay and Bahadra also shut down the Shanath Arena but leave it as tourist spot (The UN had real problem with a open place for killing). They also create an army that is big enough too defend the country. Kyrat still has a long way too go but it is on its way.
Ajay: Well I think its time I head back too the US.
Bahadra: But you are King Ajay.
Ajay: Yeah I am but Kyrat is at peace. People here look too you more then me. I've done some bad things in my life. I'm really not cut out for politics and such.
Bahadra: You've done fine Ajay. As have I.
Ajay: This is my place of birth but America is my home. Don't worry I'll come back and visit.
Bahadra: You will always be welcome here Ajay.
Ajay: Don't be afraid too call if you need help.
Ajay packs up his things and travels home but with everyone in Kyrat witnessing his leaving. Bahadra takes over and continues the work Ajay and her started.
